Ellen Goodman lives in the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri USA with her husband and daughter.
In the late 1970’s, her Dad built a darkroom in the basement of their home. Early exposure to the darkroom led to a fascination of live chemical reactions and the energy and connection of things. She has been developing film and making prints in her darkroom for 25+ years. She is a director of “The Film Shooters Collective”, a group dedicated to the craft of film photography and spearheaded the FSC’s first group exhibition: “NSEW: Divided by Land, United by Film”.
